The Bitcoin Community Flywheel is a global network of Bitcoin community leaders sharing practical knowledge, experiences and ideas to build stronger communities.

We bring together people running meetups, educational initiatives, conferences, local communities and other Bitcoin projects. The focus is on what actually works: growing and engaging your community, creating valuable experiences, building partnerships and developing sustainable revenue models.

The community is led by Jordi Llonch Esteve, Head of Growth at Satlantis and cofounder of the Barcelona Bitcoin Hub. After 2 years working with Bitcoin communities across Asia, Europe and the Americas, Jordi created the Flywheel to share these learnings and connect leaders who are building the Bitcoin ecosystem from the ground up.
