Description
The Bitcoin Treasure Hunt is an event designed to kick start local Bitcoin Economies.
Rather than trying to convince people Bitcoin is good for them, why not show them?
The Bitcoin Treasure Hunt is open to all who want to attend.
- Each participant will receive a small amount of Bitcoin which they will use to spend at local businesses in the area.
- Spending your Bitcoin locally unlocks clues to get you closer to the Bitcoin Treasure.
- At the end of the hunt the team with the most clues wins and receives the Bitcoin Bounty. (Several Hundred Dollars of Bitcoin!)
Now that bounty is spendable at all the local businesses who agreed to learn how to accept Bitcoin.
