Reset, breathe, and begin the day with intention Start the second day of the event with a refreshing Morning Hatha Yoga session at the Bitcoin Center. This practice is suitable for beginners through advanced practitioners, with a focus on the connection between breath, movement, and mindfulness. Through guided postures and controlled breathing, the session supports flexibility, core strength, balance, posture, and overall well-being. It also helps reduce stress, stimulate internal organs, and support healthy digestion. Everything is provided. Water, tea, coffee, and yoga mats are included. All you need to do is show up, breathe, and enjoy the moment. About the Instructor Edward Squire is a modern renaissance man who brings together his passions for Bitcoin, art, music, dance, and yoga. A contemporary artist and former ballet dancer, Edward became a certified Bikram Yoga teacher in 2003 and an Inferno Hot Pilates instructor in 2018. Inspired by a desire to serve humanity through well-being, he has spent years sharing transformative movement and mindfulness practices around the world, creating spaces for balance, strength, and self-awareness.
