The venue is intimate and admission is on a first come first served basis. Admission includes access to an invite only after-party featuring groundbreaking technology announcements, an in-depth panel discussing the economics of filmmaking in a decentralized world, and a whole lotta fun!

Hummingbird: The Bitcoin Jungle Story explores the origins of an organic farmer’s market in Uvita, Costa Rica, weaving together themes of trust, spirituality, and an ancient myth known as the prophecy of the eagle and the condor. By diving into the profound impact of colonialism in Central America, the film examines how institutions like the IMF and World Bank have shaped the region over time, illuminating how Bitcoin has arisen within the community as a natural response to a systemic problem. Through interviews with energy experts, miners, and local residents, it paints a nuanced picture of a rapidly evolving industry. (3pm followed by a filmmaker Q&A)
