Pirates of the Caribbean Zipline is widely praised with around 90% of reviews rating it 5 stars, emphasizing the thrill, stunning views, and well-organized experience. Customers often commend the engaging and entertaining guides, specifically naming individuals like Michael, Paul, Colby, Junior, and Jordan, who ensure both safety and fun. While most reviews celebrate the zipline's excitement and appeal across various age groups, a single low-rated review (around 5% of total reviews) highlights issues with safety procedures and customer service, suggesting a need for improvement in those areas. Some logistical aspects like optional package offerings, such as the beach excursion, and clear guidance on avoiding crowds are noted, though reservations and communication were problematic for a few, with one review expressing frustration over booking difficulties.
